Stephen Colbert finds this new Bingham McCutchen print ad to be disturbing. This video from Colbert Report mentions Bingham ad at the 1:30 minute left mark.
Its great that the ad attracted attention, but it does not convey what Bingham does. Colbert assumed Bingham was a consulting firm.

It’s worth pointing out, though, that Colbert is not entirely off. In addition to being a law firm, Bingham actually has two consultant companies under its wing, Bingham Consulting Group LLC and Bingham Sports Consulting. Stephen Merrill, former governor of New Hampshire, founded the BCG, and John Harrington, sometimes hated former Red Sox bigwig, founded the BSC.
