Top NASA Photos of All Time
For the 50th Anniversary of NASA, the Smithsonian Air & Space Magazine has published the Top NASA Photos of All Time, with 50 indelible images from the first 50 years of spaceflight.
Separately, NASA has published its own 50 Images Celebrating NASA’s 50th anniversary.
Of course the anniversary was October 1, 2008, but I just found theses great collections of photos.

Neil Patrick Harris and Batman
If you’ve seen How I Met Your Mother or Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog, then you are probably a Neil Patrick Harris Fan.
But you may have missed his appearance last Friday on Batman: The Brave and The Bold. NPH supplied the voice for a villain (created especially for him) called the Music Meister. His shtick is to get the world singing and dancing to his evil tune.
You can watch the episode online at the Batman: The Brave and The Bold. Just look for the “Mayhem of the Music Meister.”
It’s a good musical episode. It wasn’t of a Buffy the Vampire Slayer – Once More, with Feeling caliber or NPH’s singin’-supervillian turn on Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog.
Bullies used to pick on me

Today, like every September the 19th, is International Talk Like a Pirate Day.
Talk Like a Pirate Day became a hit when this column, written by Dave Barry, was published in 2002.

Boston in the 1920′s
I came across this great video of sites around the Boston. Around the Common, the South End and the Back Bay look untouched. The financial district, Faneuil Hall and MIT look dramatically different.
