On Sunday, October 25, 2009, Harry Potter The Exhibition opens in Boston. The exhibition will feature more than 200 authentic props and costumes from the Harry Potter films, displayed in settings inspired by the film sets — including the Great Hall, Hagrid’s Hut and the Gryffindor common room.

On Father’s Day, The Son and I went to Boston’s Museum of Science. One of the highlights was Amazing Nano Brothers Juggling Show, combining atomic theory with juggling.

For Father’s Day, The Son and I went to Boston’s Museum of Science. One of the highlights was the Crittercam exhibit. So I wrote up a blog post for GeekDad: Get an Animal’s-Eye View With Crittercam.

Thanks to the Museum of Science for inviting GeekDad to their Media Day. We did and saw lots of great things during the trip including a show by the Amazing Nano Brothers Juggling Show and a viewing of Mystic India on the Imax.  But those will have to wait for other posts.

I am spending the day at Boston’s Museum of Science with The Son. (Mrs. Doug gets The Daughter for the day.) The museum is hosting a media day on Father’s Day. Apparently they think being a contributor to the GeekDad blog counts as being part of the media. Who am I to argue when they offer me a line-up like this:

• 10:00 National Geographic Crittercam and black holes (exhibit opens today)
• 11:30 Picnic lunch
• 2:00 Mystic India in the Omni Theater
• 3:00 Duck Tour
