by I say “read” because of those, I consumed 47 as audiobooks. I found it to be a great way to read some extra books while doing housework, yardwork, walking the dogs, walking to the train and riding the bus. I found extra time for reading.

The Underground Railroad by Colson Whitehead
This was a tremendous work following an escaped slave from Georgia. Mr. Whitehead crafts the escape route from a metaphor into physical existence, with engineers and conductors operating a secret network of physical tracks and tunnels beneath the Southern soil.
The book is a brutal look as race in America.
